I would definitely shop there again and again and again. I pray Covid-19 gives us a chance to fly for our destination wedding, because I am so eager and excited to wear everything on my wedding day. It is super long and super beautiful and the tulle is so soft, nothing itchy. The veil exceeded my expectation for the price.

It feels really great in the skin and there were no loose threads or anything. As the saying goes, "too big is a fit" so I will have that altered accordingly. I ordered 12 when I should have ordered a 10 according to the chart they have, since am still shedding a few pounds. My FMIL and I we managed to check the quality of everything and saw how great it was made and how amazing the material felt. Unfortunately I had to wait about two weeks before I could try it as my FH was home under quarantine and that was nerve racking. I did wish the dress had a garnent bag instead of plastic, but I digress. It came in a smaller box than I had imagined because I bought my veil from there as well, amongst some other things. I finally chose my dress and deliberation which my little "Dress shopping Crew" and bought my dress. Since I know some materials could be rough in the skin, or some lace could be really itchy for m, I was able to decipher which materials would be best for me and by extension which dresses. This was great since in the descriptions of the dresses, the materials used are placed there. Ls on them which allowed me to verify the feel of the material of any dress I was looking at. I've never heard of a dress you can't use water on. This wouldn't happen with a dress from David's Bridal. And the tag says its NOT washable and NOT dry cleanable. It was just a little drool and for the few weeks we have had it its been in a bag to protect it from JUST this situation but. Then tonight, one of the dresses got a kiss from a dog. Everything else is a re-design and they don't do that. Most seamstresses won't touch that kind of work They stick to hems and straps. Fixing a bust is NOT a normal alteration. I had the audacity to feel committed The ONLY way to fix this was to rebuild EVERY bust on every dress. And now all my girls had ordered one and one had been altered already and the other was well beyond the couple of days return date. You'd have to have a shoulder deformity that didn't fit the rest of your body for it to work. The height of the straps had a width that was wider than any other part of the dress. When laying flat the straps would fall horizontally well beyond each girls shoulders direction by over 6 inches. The first and second dress we chose to write off as fixable and we chose to alter them, but I also chose to contact them directly a second time to let them know there must be a pattern issue because each bust on every dress was arriving with straps that fell of the shoulders in such a way that 'length' was NOT the only issue. From a size 3 to a size 24 I have 5 dresses that are NOT as advertised. But as the dresses arrived it became clear that EVERY dress came with the SAME issues no matter the size. I sucked it up as her own fault and we would just roll with it and try to make it work by letting it out and having a very expensive remake for the bust. My first bridesmaid didn't tell me hers had arrived, so I didn't even know it didn't fit. Then, each dress arrived with a poor fitting bust and a slip that was too tight. I tried to make contact before my first dress ever arrived. I found out the hard way that can't add one after the fact or in the middle of each girl ordering so that was my first upset. Read MoreĪ group until after I already told my girls. I regret not reading reviews of this company before placing my order.

I email them about every 48 hours because their site states they need 24 hours to respond to emails. I cannot understand why they will not respond to my inquiries. I understand production and shipping issues due to COVID. I had to quickly order additional dresses (from another company, I'll never use this company again) because I have no idea what the status of the dresses from JJ's House is. I have no idea where the dresses are or if I'll receive them in time for our 1 May wedding. I have emailed for help about a dozen times and have yet to receive a response. I never received a shipment notice and the site has shown my order as "processing" ever since. The other two dresses had a 23 March shipment date. One of the dresses arrived quickly and it was a decent dress. I ordered three dresses on 8 March to be sent to two different addresses. D quick turn around times, so I decided to chance it.
